  • A Life Saver

I had wanted this FEAR book for sometime, finally pulled the trigger and bought it. We all, including myself, face the life situation of dealing with anxieties, perhaps anger and FEAR.  These impacted my professional, social and private well being. This author and his book taught me how to handle, cope with emotional problems, instilling within me an inner peace.  Anyone who has struggled with emotional situations, should read this book...  and good luck to you
