Funky aftertaste
The Turkey Jerky was Ok . But had a bit of a bland taste. But I really did not like you beef jerky. It had a strange after taste to it. I have searched for a very dry (not chewy) jerky that is so dry it makes your jaws tired. I know that sounds crazy but I like super dry and smoky tasting. Alberto is about as close as I have come to what I want but even their jerky is chewy with a sweet taste to it. As a child I could find the perfect jerky that was true beef that was dry, hard, and with a clean, smoky, beefy flavor. I will continue my search. Thank you for taking the time to interview.
