    Life changing book!

    This is a fantastic book for those who want to improve their lives in a mild spiritual way. It certainly changed my life for the better after reading it once and then rereading it to practice the meditations that it has to offer. I highly recommend this book, if you feel stuck, just want to advance in your life, or for whatever reason. I definitely recommend this book! It’s a quick read and very simple to practice and understand.
