They said they got the incorrect shipment from their supplier but sent out the incorrect item anyway and have been difficult when I have requested a refund, saying they will only give me a refund if I give a 5star rating, then I can have a refund and keep the wig. I have repeatedly asked for a shipping label to return it and now they are out of the office again. Dont trust this sellers ratings.
