Second issue, item arrived dirty marks and scratches all over. Contacted seller to give chance to rectify but they basically told me sorry we should have checked condition but didn’t so tough luck to you. It’s a gift for 9 month old for Christmas and paid €90 for brand new. Terrible seller, would never use again.

Took a month for the item to arrive in my country and another month just sitting lost at a FedEx warehouse. Took almost 3 months just for them to say it was lost in transit. Never delivered so I got a refund instead but what a waste of time. On top of that, seller was not helpful AT ALL, did not communicate at all and was MIA the whole time.
