Based on the best-selling novel series NURSE MATILDA by Christianna Brand, NANNY MCPHEE AND THE BIG BANG has been scripted by versatile Thompson, who also penned the first chapter of the saga. The not-so-baddy-after-all in charge is this time played by an entertainingly histrionic Rhys Ifans.
