By my mistake, I contacted the seller and explained that I received the wrong item and the wrong quantity. There was quite allot of correspondence back and forth in trying to sort out my query! Even though the information I was providing was incorrect! At all times in our correspondence, the seller communicated with me with politeness and utmost professionalism! And for that, I'm sincerely grateful! Best wishes to you!

This was not the fault of the seller. The seller was great, and offered me a replacement or a refund immediately. Eventually the courier was able to retrieve the parcel and dlivered it to me. All good, it was great to deal with a responsible and honest seller.
