It's a shame that they weren't packaged better so that the other two had not shattered. While I am disappointed, the seller described the items correctly and shipped them quickly. When I reached out about the broken cups, they responded and quickly refunded the cost of those items. I find this to be a trustworthy seller with good products and just hope they will take more care in shipping.
