Not good. Evri is generally acknowledged to be one of the two worst couriers in Britain, along with Yodel, so why do sellers insist on using them?

Bought at a very reasonable price which I was quite impressed with. The only criticism was more to do with the courier (EVRI), who took the best part of 4 days to pick the item up, which caused needless communication between myself and the seller. That shouldn’t however detract from a highly recommended service from this seller who I would happily use again

I opened a case , but no need as Items arrived today 5.6.25. Items were extremely well packed and they are super value for money. Bottles are sturdy with pretty packaging. Items arrived in good condition and product smells lovely. Many thanks :)

This could have been prevented if the item had been wrapped in some bubble wrap instead of just being placed in a plastic postal bag. Having said that, I would still purchase from this seller in the future as this may have been a one-off. I didn't bother reporting the damage to the seller as the hair paste was for my own use.
