Teach
You wouldn't think of Barbie as a teaching tool but this story book Barbie is a great history lesson. And she's beautiful as well,it's got my granddaughters 3rd grade class very excited about where they come from. Having a great time with this barbie.

Perfect Nostalgic Doll
This doll came out when I was 1 year old. My dad bought me one and didn't open her until I was 4, but my mom was the one who seemed to like her the most. Of course 4 year old me broke the poor doll, so I had to buy mom a brand new one. Most toys of more recent years are way more expensive than what I paid for this Colonial Barbie and that surprises me. My mom was really excited when I gave it to her. Fun fact: there was a parody of this doll in a Dexter's Lab episode, that I incidentally watched and invited me to buy the doll.

Perfect!
Doll is in great condition- thanks! The box was slightly damaged but that was ok because I had planned to take her out anyway. She was used in a historic diorama and was the perfect addition.
