    Excellent packaging ensuring no damage in transit. Seller was very communicative especially when initial time to ship was delayed slightly (non issue in my case). Book was in very good condition and appeared as advertised, the quality felt nice. Pricing was fair for the current market. Overall very happy with the purchase!

    Item was new as described and shipped very well packaged. As some other reviews have described there is the chance of an atypical shipping process. I messaged the seller after the item did not ship on the 10th business day and was told the item was lost and he had to order a new one. This was concerning because it's an item that is no longer in production and would not have gotten attention had I not messaged them. After a few days the tracking updated and eventually arrived as described.

    The item was very well packed and arrived undamaged. It's in a very good condition. There was a short delay in shipping but the seller informed about that. International expedited shipping was free of charge, very nice compared to many other seller. Overall good communications by the seller. Recommended seller, would by from them again.

    Good not great.

    I’ve had a Soundtouch 10 for a while and have enjoyed it, but it’s just one and I had to pump it pretty loud to reach the whole house. The Wave seemed like a good solution to be able to network the speakers and also have a radio, CD player and aux in features that the 10 doesn’t have. I also thought that since it was Bose it would work really well. Instead I find that it works well most of the time but is glitchy others. Problems that come up include the volume going crazy and not being able to control it, the speakers alternating sound every couple of seconds instead of both playing at the same time, taking a long time to connect through Bluetooth. Also, I made the mistake of pairing it with my TV. It pairs automatically now and if I don’t forget to turn it off it freezes my Firestick and ...

    CHECK THE FEATURES AND CAPABILITIES BEFORE YOU BUY !!!!

    The company advertised the product as having a USB port, but without explaining that the port was only for upgrades. I needed a unit that plays MP3s from the USB Port. I wasted $650. The unit has a great sound but is way behind in features. BE CAUTIOUS ORDERING IF YOU WANT USB MUSIC CAPABILITIES. THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE USB CAPABILITIY.

    Good sound lacking low end

    I have several SoundTouch systems and this one definitely has the least warm sound quality and struggles to keep up with volume with listening to my whole house system. By itself it sounds clear and precise. I do find the additional cost for the SouindTouch portion to be overkill but at the same time without it I wouldn't have bought it. If you don't care about the CD player I say skip this and get the SoundTouch 20

    Bose Wave Sound Touch

    Well, let's see I got this for my wife for her Birthday and she is happy with it. I am a real snob when it comes to sound quality. Having been brought up in an era of two channel stereo, with excellent imaging, its what I come to expect from great sound. Well, add to this the likes of SiriusXM, and all the other internet options and Bose has a real winner. Sound quality is transparent and imaging is top notch. Keep the unit at least 2 feet from the wall behind it and you cant miss. The unit comes with a small remote that is easily lost. You can download the app for any device and operate it from your phone. Great job Bose.

    This is a nice unit. I had one in our family room at home and wanted one for a 2nd home. What is nice is the sound fills the room relatively well for a small unit, and does have a CD player, which most units no longer have today. Connecting to Bluetooth from the phone is a bit clunky at first, but seamless once you are set up.
