Device has been in continuous use for 2 weeks with no problems. The battery preservation mode (enabled by default) takes 16 hours while connected to your charger before it activates. This unit has been locked at 80% and cool to the touch ever since it kicked in. I use the rj-45 connection to a wired network and the WiFi access point daily. Very happy with the purchase and seller

I can understand that the open box may have been damaged, but do not understand why no documentation was included with this item if it was in fact new. The Inseego performs as expected. I had no trouble setting it up and using it. The battery seems to be good as it is comparable to the battery I have in my Inseego M2000 in terms of battery life.
