    HP T520 Ink Heads

    I ordered a new ink head and it came with four new small cartridge. I already had four full size one that were nearly full, but HP requires brand new ones when you install a new ink head. It came right on time and the machine now works great.

    Plotter won't work without it

    The HP Printhead Replacement Kit is easy to install; it took less than 2 minutes. However, my only complaint is that it is expensive! Be sure to use the included ink cartridges with the Printhead Kit for ease of installation. Once they're exhausted you should be able to resume use of the cartridges that were in the old printhead. I wrapped the cartridges in Ziploc to keep them from drying up in the meantime.

    a little disappointed

    I have tried to contact the supplier but it does not respond, the product did not work when I installed it and I re-installed it several times, as well as I have restarted the printer on several occasions but the product still does not work. This was the message I left him: I have installed the product on several occasions and my printer throws me a message indicating that it does not work, I already tried to reset my printer but it did not work, the cartridges that come with the kit do accept them, only the head that is not detected, a technician told me to try to install another new print head. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I left this message from December 14, 2022, but I have not had a response and it does not give me the option of a return.

    New always is better

    No problem with this, I did buy a T120 used, the head print was bad, I tried clean it without success... I decided to buy a new one, it is not inexpensive, but after installed, printing very good. It is like to have a totally new T120.

    good value, some assembly required

    the printhead arrived on time and so far is working perfectly. this was just the printhead part of the assembly, the other two pieces and four plastic guides needed to be removed and attached to the printhead. it was simple, a few minutes, 4 screws and it was done.
