As ebay already know the battery was received without the tools. Contacted the supplier who admitted it was a packing error by them and they will send me a set out. However, these never arrived and I had to buy a tool set from another supplier. It made some fuzzy sound when I turn the jack, and quality seems not as good as my original one, but as long as it make sound, ,I'm ok with it.
