The trader experienced delays importing the kilt - good old customs - but he kept me informed and up to date with progress which is exactly what should be expected. Other than this minor hitch, everything else went really smoothly and I have absolutely no reservation in recommending this trader.

I don't think this is adequate, as anybody can open & close as they please.
