A good video card for budget gaming.
Recently one of the neighborhood kids came to me with $900 he saved from summer jobs and asked if I could build him a gaming system. This is the video card I chose for his build. Because of the budget case I purchased I needed a shorter card but wanted to make sure it was still powered through a secondary connector from the power supply. I didn't want to skimp on the graphics card so this one seemed like a good choice for the price. It was the most expensive part of the entire computer system. He is very happy with his computer and can max the setting on all his games now with this video card. I feel video cards today are overpriced due to artificial scarcity and I even read that MSI may be scalping their cards. Not cool if so. Solid performance from a solid card
This baby spins circles around my old Radeon HD 7850 (which had to be expunged thanks to the blight that is AMD WattMan). Now, I'm playing FFXV at near-max graphics without a hitch. The build quality's pretty solid too, no more worrying if the slightest touch will shear something. Though, I do wish the power port was at the back of the card instead of the side. It works well. I wanted it to play 4k blu-ray videos using powerdvd 20 but I couldn't configure my pc to support the encrypted audio-path requirement. The video card works well for playing games.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
