The item along with more packing was in a plastic bag. Exceptionally good packaging. All this being said the item did not arrive exactly as described. The item suffered from shipping flaws, although the shipper packed the item with care.

I went to old address and could not find it in mailroom. Seller compensated me with replacement patch at no cost. I was extremely happy with the situation that I did do business with this seller again and purchased another item from their store. The original patch did show up after being rerouted. Item was exactly as described and no damage. I cannot express how grateful I am to this seller

Then followed up with me a few days later (without me having to do anything) with a message that a new one is being sent. I received the replacement with no issues. Also purchased an additional one. Great seller!
