    Excellent Guitar

    This Yamaha travel guitar from Sam Ash Online store was listed as Used. I received a perfectly sealed brand new guitar. It plays great, good action and tuning up and down the neck. A bit thin sounding acoustically, but sounds great plugged in. Very comfortably to play, for a 3/4 size guitar.

    Great Guitar/Great Price

    Perfect size for my 9 year old. It is nice to have the built in tuner as well. The guitar came in original packaging and appears to be brand new. I am well pleased with my purchase.

    Quality travel and practice guitar.

    Good tone due to spruce top. Great factory setup, ease of playability .overall workmanship is exceptional for a low cost guitar. This is an actual playable Instrument. I own several Yamaha guitars their build quality from entry level to the high end models is top notch.

    Great instrument for me and met all my expectations. Surprise, I received a follow up call!!!

    This is exactly what I wanted as I needed a smaller guitar to take to a university guitar class so I have to carry it around campus to several classes. I had to get used to the sound as it is smaller, but well worth how I am planning to use it. I am retired and have arthritis in my left hand so it's easier than my full size acoustic Martin to maneuver and carry. It is a practice instrument so I have access to it wherever I go. I also received a follow up call from the company which has never happened before when I order on line.

    Very Playable, a quality instrument.

    This Yamaha thinline 3/4 size is on the small side, but that is a plus in a playable travel size guitar. The gig bag is basic. Consider one with more padding, or finding a 3/4 or small hard case to protect it on car trips. I like the sound from this guitar. Yes, it is more treble due to smaller body size. Electronics are fine, just hold down the on switch for 2-3 seconds, not a split second push, then the tuner comes on. The slim neck is a blessing to my injured thumb. It allows me to practice and play without re-aggravating my sore ligament. This is not medical advice, just what works for me. Again, this is an instrument. Yamaha is serious about making a workable guitar for this niche of the market.
