I found these and checked they were the correct model number as they were much cheaper than the Samsung supplied filters. They arrived on time (within a few days) and I fitted one straight away. It was easy to fit (once I'd read the instructions!) and is working nicely. Would definitely recommend and will buy again in the future

When it arrived although packaged well managed to get cracked I’m guessing in transit. I took a picture and requested a return which came immediately. I dropped it off at the post office and my refund came the next day without quibble …so I am happy to say a good company to deal with even though my product was damaged in transit
