The item arrived in good condition, quality looks good, fits properly in the PCIe slot and it works after the computer finds its driver. I tested all the USB ports and they work. I haven't yet needed to use the card but I don't expect any issues. The item description in the ad could be improved just a little, but you get a pretty accurate idea of what you'll be getting.
