    The items arrived in a timely manner. I did have one of the three windows arrive broken/glass shattered and the company was quick to resolve the issue and send me a replacement. The windows were as described and were good quality and look good installed. This company had the best price of all of the options available. I would recommend the company find a way to package the windows with more protection than just the box. Overall, good experience.

    Absolutely the best to hold a lot of keys!

    I am a professional housekeeper at a senior living community. I carry a huge amount of assorted keys. I bought this one to replace an identical one that Ive used daily for the last five years.It was perfect, holding all my keys, making it easy to pull out the one I needed. I pulled out keys more than 50 times a day during that time . When the durable cord finally broke I had to find a replacement quickly. If you carry a lot of keys, you will love this keychain, I truly couldn't function without it.

    Best on the market

    I've tried 4 other brands and all of them broke within 6 months. I've been using this everyday at work ( usually 60+ hours a week ) for months and it's still going strong with no signs of wear. Outer shell is tough. I have scrapped it tons of times and it barely leaves a mark. I recommend to all my coworkers ever though my company give us cheap ones for free. It's not worth losing my keys or badge when the free ones break. Great design Made in the USA.

    Key-Bak: no alternative. Don't buy more than one.

    If you want a retractable key caddy that doesn't break within 2 weeks, Key-Bak is your only alternative. It's well-designed and doesn't break. Other than that, it's not remarkable. It shouldn't be noteworthy that a key caddy actually works and doesn't break, but this state of affairs speaks volumes about today's companies, determined to produce shoddy wares so you keep buying more. Figuring the Key-Bak was no different, I bought two of them. I've been wearing my Key-Bak every day for over a year, and the second one is still in the box. You need only one.

    Strong yet lightweight

    I have several keys that would be expensive to replace. I feel secure with this product. It has a long line made with strong materials. I leave it attached to my belt whenever i need to use a key. I am very happy with this purchase.

    Not quite as strong but good.

    I think the lanyard is of good quality. It's just not as strong as I was expecting it to be. There is a clip that keeps to he lanyard from sliding down when you don't want it to. This I found annoying at first, now I greatly appreciate it. I am bumping my review from 4 stars to 5.
