It is not until you have a problem that you appreciate a great seller. The fed ex driver neglected to put the pick up instructions on the deliver tag like he was supposed to, and it took two days to locate after it supposedly had been delivered. The seller on the other hand called them as soon as I asked for help, then contacted me right away. when it was found it was packed very well. Fantastic service, would buy again!!!!!!!!

Overall, a VERY GOOD seller! Very responsive and communicates effectively! However, the shipping method chosen (USPS Ground Advantage) is HORRIBLE for deliveries in my area. I forewarned of this, but it was chosen anyway! As a result, it took 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE! The product was “as described” and it was packed with “GREAT care!” I can only hope they adopt better ways to ship (even if the BUYER has to pay a little more)!

After more than 20 pre-sales questions and 5 more after the sale I get a negative comment because the package took 10 days to arrive during the week the country was under a cold spell and ALL mail was delayed despite the fact that the buyer had a choice between USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail and chose the less expensive of the two options. Isn't EBAY great?

Windows 7 was good.
I have used W7U for over 4 years with no issues, one night my computer updated to W10P. I thought I'll check it out no big I can always return to W7P. My mistake, rolled it back to W7P started having issues, so I started looking into reinstalling W7P. No disk, no product key sticker or other information. So I bought from this company, the product was put on a clean system. I started having issues immediately, I was able to get 1 up date from MS it was Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.320 Installation date: ‎7/‎12/‎2016 12:49 AM Installation status: Successful Update type: Important The Windows Update Agent enables your computer to search for and install updates from an update service. Early 2011 13 inch MacBook Pro macOS Sierra 10.12.6 2 TB SSD 16 GB RAM (high ram is highly recommended, as this uses a lot of RAM (on a Mac using Parallels 13)) Internal disc drive Installed onto Parallels 13 Windows 7 Ultimate (did not include Service Pack 1 which further confirmed its being a completely brand new copy) This DVD-ROM media of Windows 7 Ultimate was easy to install as a virtual machine on my copy of Parallels 13 on my early 2011 13 inch MacBook Pro running 10.12.6 macOS Sierra (High Sierra is not recommended *yet* for installing Parallels 13). Completely genuine brand new copy. Both 32 & 64 bit discs were included. Disc installed Windows much faster than USB media of the same software would have installed. Something like 30 minutes! Really quick for a brand new ... Do keep in mind that my Mac has a disc drive, and all modern Retina MacBook Pros (and newer) do *not* have onboard disc drives. If you want to install this onto a newer Mac as mentioned, you would need a SuperDrive USB disc drive (or other compatible USB disc drive) to install said media. I'm going to access Windows Update on Ultimate to download and install Service Pack 1 update (a lot of software requires Service Pack 1 to be installed). I confidently expect update to go swimmingly. --- I will include this disclaimer: be careful about buying cheap copies of Windows 7 Ultimate at prices that seem too good to be true. Remember that this software used to cost well above $200. This software is valuable even if you only think about how few of these brand new completely genuine copies are likely available on the market (we are almost in 2018 now). This software, notably, is still currently supported by Microsoft.

Had to call Microsoft to activate, there was not an issue with key, they prompted me on what to set through cmd line and it has been working since.

I prefer Windows 7 instead of Windows 10, which I removed from my computer. With Windows 10, never have privacy if you do not check, always, some features to be turned off. Nothing new in Widows 10, besides pictures, advertisements..., the owner of the computer is not the owner of the computer, is not in charge of his own computer. If, once, in the future the Windows 7 will not be compatible, I will install UBUNTU.I prefer Windows 7 instead of Windows 10, which I removed from my computer.
