    A Very Fine Motion Picture

    Many years ago I saw this film on television, and being young I did not fully comprehend the entire scope of the story. The film is remarkable as it shows how some people did not practice what they preached. In today's world we see things quite differently, and so it is easy to criticize the way the parents acted. This is an excellent film, which teaches without condemning, and that is why it is still a fine motion picture today.

    Both discs and case in great shape. Hopped through chapters to ensure they play. Have seen a later version (white man marrying into black family) with IIRC Kutchner and Bernie Mac as the dad and it's hilarious. Expect this movie to be awkwardly serious.

    A great movie about people and love.

    Hi. This is a movie from the late 1960s, it is after so many years still very interesting... love the actors in it and the humor and wormth. And Love is the winner in the end. Strongly recomend it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

    Great subject matter and great cast. ;;;;;

    This was indeed a great movie. I had not seen it since 1969.. Sidney is a great actor. I have always loved Tracy and Hepburn. I give it 2 thumbs up.

    One of my favorite movies ever

    This is a great movie. All the actors and actresses were well chosen and they were fantastic. It mostly takes place inside. But the outside footage of old San Francisco is always nice to see. Thoroughly enjoyable movie.
