Fed-x ground is not gentle with the boxes they ship, and the box was very beat up and partially crushed. The hat's brim was bent up a bit, however I will be able to steam it back into shape. While I'm sure the item was shipped as it looks in the photos, I didn't expect to have to spend time making it look that way again after receiving it. The problem doesn’t seem to have occurred in shipping but was more likely a result of miscounting and not checking if all the units matched. However, the seller was pleasant to deal with and I was quickly eased of the dread you feel in the pit of your stomach upon receiving your package and discovering something’s wrong.
