All the items received was excellent and was exactly as described too and everything was packaged up incredibly well too however unfortunately due to rough handling in postage there was a very small bit of damage which was instantly addressed by the seller and a partial refund to compensate the damaged part was issued immediately! Fantastic condition and was at a great price. I am a very happy customer. I would recommend this seller. Only small issue was it seemed like there was slight delay in the out for delivery time from the seller but that aside the items came very well packaged in perfect condition and once out for delivery didn't take too long with tracking updates. Thankfully he didn't use Evri or Parcel force as my past experiences with these couriers are dreadful.

Good product, good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
Easy to use, good variation in strength of coffee taste (this also corresponds to how much coffee is actually ground to produce that particular strength; which is good cos that means there is minimal waste). There is a good variation as well in water volume required which is easy to select. The milk frother is also very good with a range of frothing options. A downside is it uses a bit more water than I would have liked to rinse through when it first starts up and when it is turned off. Also, the preground function using ground coffee which in itself is a good option can be tricky to use some times especially with regards to timing of actually pouring in the coffee grounds. If done too early, it just spills all over the inside of the machine and can be a bit of a mess to clean ... I have been more excited than the kids were at Christmas,A little gift to me and my mrs after Christmas . This coffee machine is awesome . If you value a quality cup of coffee , you must treat yourself . I can’t fault Delonghi !!! We have felt the pinch after Christmas and so bought this refurbed machine after Christmas at a steel . Item arrived promptly and is like new . Does everything I want it too and more and the wonderful people at Delonghi even sent a water filter even though it states refurbished models don’t come with one . I have saved a great deal of money with this purchase. Paid so much less than the original Delonghi machine at the local Electrical goods retailer. Coffee is so much better than anything you can get at the local coffee shop I reckon. The programmable cappuccino feature is so very clever.Absolutely brilliant. Top class machine. This is my second machine (after the first sprung a leak) after six years and is brand new from what I can see. I have saved a great deal of money with this purchase. This is my second delonghi bean to cup machine. First one I had for 5 years and was still working but always interested in the cappuccino ones. It takes a little time to work through the instructions to set up the machine to how you want. But it’s well worth it and it’s the ability to personalise and the automation of cappuccino which is very quick compared to my previous one. It’s also very easy to quickly clean and switch off after use. My only concern is about the repeated attaching and removal of the milk container and it wearing out. But very impressed and also it’s slimmer so doesn’t take up as much worktop space.This is my second delonghi bean to cup machine.
