The listing also included just one photo of the right shoe. When they arrived, the left shoe had a large and obvious brown stain on the white shoe toe below the laces. The stain could only partially be removed. A photo post-removal is included. We decided to keep the shoes, but this certainly should have been disclosed in the listing. The shipping and packaging were otherwise good.

Upon receiving it, I noticed the package had been opened and the Funko was out of its protective packaging, with damage to the back of the box. The product wasn't in optimal condition, and the damage wasn't reported or shown in photos. Although I managed to get Pom Klementieff's signature, I was disappointed. I don't recommend buying without prior photos of the item's actual condition.
