The seller was very kind with packaging, with lots of bubble wrap to avoid damage. I bought my unit in D-tier condition because I wanted to fix it myself. Upon arrival, it worked flawlessly, just as new, and after a shell replacement, it looks gorgeous! 10 out of 10. The seller is very kind and helped me in every step. I purchased a DS Lite from them and despite international shipping the package came within 2 weeks. The items were also safely packed. The DS was in great condition cosmetically with all parts included.
