Wise buy for a lot of pain relief
Sitting a lot at office or home caused me a lot of lower back pain. This Aylio seat has eased the pain a lot in a week time. The socket seat might feel a little hard or stiff in the beginning but then one gets used to it. I like and enjoy it and also recommend it. Not the miracle I was hoping for but it helps
Perhaps I would have been able to provide a better review if I had this cushion when my condition was at its worst. (periformis syndrome and bursitis in hip). Terrible pain in my sit bone, which was somewhat mitigated with physiotherapy prior to receiving the cushion. It is beautifully made, and I appreciate the indent for the tail bone as I have broken mine twice. The reason for my low rating is that it would be more comfortable if the front edge was more tapered, having only one seam, or even only a fold. As it is, that double seam at the front edge is uncomfortable where it ends near the top of my thigh. It also could be deeper, as it doesn’t even cover a dining room chair. Too expensive and not enough cushioning
Too expensive and not enough cushioning… I bought this cushion for my husband who has sitting pain. We have three of their prior model blue ischial tuberosity cushions. We assumed this more expensive model would actually be more cushioning, but in fact, while it has more expensive gel cushioning, it squashes down a bit too much and it’s not as supportive. I only weigh about 115 pounds, so that’s not the problem. It brings relief from Bursitis

Great design
