My item arrived promptly and in the exact condition described. The packaging was masterclass. I was worried that shipping would cause internal damage to my scanner, but as soon as I opened my package, I knew it hadn’t moved an inch from Japan to Chicago. I’d absolutely shop here again, so happy!
