The appearance was in excellent condition and almost looked to be direct from the factory. Installed with no issues and works perfectly right out of the package. Great value and excellent condition. Seller offered a refund or let me choose an equal value item from his store. 2nd Hard Drive came in but my dumb self didn't realize it was a SAS drive that needed a SAS Controller to use. So that's something I got to invest in later down the road, lol. Overall experience with the seller was 10/10.
