These male incontinent guards are the very best I've found for my husband. They are highly absorbent and perfectly shaped. He won't wear anything but these. I highly recommend them. My husband works on the railroad and is on duty for especially long periods of time. Bathrooms aren't always available for his needs. depend pads, work great just a little to much material to be comfortable
