Favorite all time!
I am 63 and I’ve been through a lot of cookbooks. This is the best all-around cookbook I’ve ever used because it includes basics all the way up to more involved recipes. Better than most of the newer editions.

Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook
I remember this cookbook being in my Mom’s repertoire of cooking resources back in the 60’s. Basic good wholesome recipes with easy how to steps in preparing meals. It’s a must for any starting out homemaker. Replacement cookbook
