Buy thins version if your DVD player or Blu-Ray player can play it. Skip the other version even if your player can play it.
I didn't buy it because of the plot. If you want to buy this movie, this is the version to buy, but you have to have a region-free DVD player. Even though it's Region 0, my Blu-Ray player refused to play it saying it was the wrong region. I have a region-free DVD player that played it just fine though. This is about as good on video quality as can be expected from an old movie that hasn't been converted to 1080P or 4K yet.
