Simple but efficient tester.
This PAT instrument is neat and simple to use but has its limitations. Excellent for testing portable class 1 and 2 appliances with normal length supply cords. It can also test power cords of up to 4 or 5 meter lengths but will probably return fail results on longer leads. This is a very neat, compact and well designed tester. Great basic tester
A good no frills pat tester with sensible pass / fail thresholds. You don't get measurement results so it may fail long extension leads - you need the primetest 100 for that. Seaward Primetest 50 PAT tester
Brilliant instrument for basic PAT operations, watched DVD, took test,passed, then tested all my leads and portable appliances, failed three for either old type plug tops or cracks, replaced the three non-complaint ones, now all fully compliant!!!
