    Item arrived packed in a weak box (which arrived slightly crushed), with the speakers inside only wrapped in paper for protection. The right satellite speaker is damaged; it sounds possibly blown. It buzzes & resonates. This was *not* reflected in the description. Cost of the product is disappointing for this reason. Also, seller did not clean or remove dust. There are several large clumps of dust inside of the subwoofer enclosure. In the future, this seller needs to pack & test tech better.

    When I received my Ionic Breeze I was intially disappointed because the base was broken with 3 pieces being in the bottom of the box. Unit was poorly packaged, and I suspect base was broken in transit. I contact the seller and that offer to take the unit back or send me a new base. I tested the unit and it works fine, and the unit had been cleaned exceptionally well. I choose to keep the unit, seller promptly sent a new base. Seller was easy to work with., and I would due business with them.

    Cuisinart Cookie Press

    Cookie press is fairly easy to use with easy cleanup. However I did find it a bit difficult to get consistent cookie size. It may be I have to practice and get the hang of it. I will be making another batch soon. Hopefully things will get easier with patience and practice.

    Great value

    I am quite taken with this product. It is so easy to use and I like that it is electric and not battery operated like my last one although that one worked quite well, also. Very well made and easy to use. So much better than a manual turn or squeeze type. It was worth the extra money

    Fantastic cookie press!!

    I have quite a few Cuisinart items in my kitchen and love them all. Tried the Cuisinart cookie press and decorator a couple of days ago and it works great. Had no problems making cookies. The motor is quite strong and everything went smooth. Even though it is electric it would be nice if Cuisinart made a battery operated press. I would definitely buy one. Thank you Cuisinart for another great product!!

    Hard to find parts

    The parts for this now discontinued cookie press were in great shape and it is a delight to again be able to use my press again with the addition of these hard to find parts. Thanks!

    Does not work

    The cookie press does not work. I don't think I can return it because I did not attempt to use it until after the 5 days return policy. The plunger part of the press that forces the dough out of the cylinder does not function. I bought this because I have one that it did not function after several years. I though this one would work, but obviously I was wrong
