They had significant creasing, especially on the inside of the exterior of the shoes, and stains on the shoes and laces (not visible in the listing pictures). I contacted the seller to try and work it out. They admitted the shoes had been worn (=NOT new), then stopped responding to messages. I requested a refund after 19 days of silence. She/he could return the item instead, so she/he did and a full refund was issued within two days of the shoes arrival,1 day before the refund policy window! I hope no one will go thru this experience.
