Product Information
The Sigma EX 17 mm � 50 mm DC lens is a standard zoom lens for Canon and has a design for use in normal compositions. Offering the photographer the opportunity to clearly capture close objects such as stamps, bugs and coins, the OS HSM DC lens is also ideal for portraiture and head and shoulder shots. The Sigma EX 17 mm � 50 mm DC lens has an aperture range of f/2.8-22, allowing the user to produce precise and detailed photographs, even when light conditions are not good. Constructed of 17 elements in 13 groups, the Sigma EX OS HSM DC lens corrects distortion, blurring, and chromatic aberrations enabling the photographer to deliver high quality photos repeatedly. Allowing the user to choose between 77 mm filters of differing types, the OS HSM DC lens can reduce glare, block UV rays which can be harmful and improves saturation. The Sigma EX 17 mm � 50 mm DC lens has an optical stabilization which offers a high degree of correction which minimizes any shaking effects when using the Sigma EX OS HSM DC lens to shoot hand-held videos or photos.
