I also appreciated the detailed message enclosed, explaining about postal delays. In fact there was no problem as it reached me only two days after purchase. I am very impressed with this seller and would recommend her.

The Seller was extremely apologetic and quick to help. The refund was made super quickly. It is unfortunate for both parties, however I cannot fault the Sellers care in resolving the issue in a very timely manner. I have scored the Item Description as 5* as I am certain that the Item was complete when posted and the parts I received were definitely new.

Had a Lovely hand written message enclosed , explaining about the custom checking on the the Seller parcel at customs. This did delay my goods a little, but Customs have to do their jobs.
