Der Einband weist nur sehr geringfügige Beschädigungen auf, wie z.B. kleinere Schrammen, er hat aber weder Löcher, noch ist er eingerissen. Bei gebundenen Büchern ist der Schutzumschlag möglicherweise nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Bindung weist geringfügige Gebrauchsspuren auf.     Accurately described, fairly priced, excellent communication and timely delivery. Through no fault of the sender the book arrived in ripped packaging with damaged pages and having been run over by a pallet truck or similar machinery whilst in transit with Whistle. The sender promptly refunded the purchase price and apologised although blameless. I have no qualms buying from them in the future just in their choice of delivery firm.

    Item arrived well packaged and in reasonable time,the description said it was an ex library book but didn’t say how well used the condition was,at least it was in a protective plastic cover, don’t think it was good value for the price but I have bought many books from this seller so I can forgive the oversight this time …would still use this company again and recommend them.great ebayer usually

    Brilliantly different autobiography

    This is a terrific book, fascinating to read and very moving. The style is very simple and honest, and unlike anything I have read before. I would thoroughly recommend it even to people who do not normally like autobiographies. I have lent it to friends who have all enjoyed it.

    A delight to read

    This book is, as it says, a memoir. It has a slowly unraveling autobiographic thread, which makes it all the more poignant, but even without the knowledge that it is a real story it stands alone as a wonderful, sensual exploration of the world- my world, as I grew up during the same period and recognise every element from my own childhood experience. I hope he writes more as this book is excellent.
