    At first I thought the item didn't work even though it's in really good condition. But it turns out that if it seems like it's not charging when you get it you have to hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 2 minutes while your device is on that you're trying to pair it to and then the remote pairing light starts flashing. The seller was really helpful in getting me to know this and I really love the item. Awesome seller, good doing business, and definitely will buy again!

    For some reason, have problems with the volume button, not wanting to work. Have to push up a bunch of other buttons on the remote control and then come back to use the volume button in order for it to work. Remote control is not worth the money that I paid.

    Please keep in mind for Volume button to be Activate. AFTER you Pair it the Frist time THEN you need to go to Settings> add New Deivce> Add Remote> Follow on screen Directions ( it will ask you to pair again) after you do it though the Settings the volume button will then work (:

    I already have one of these. They are great remotes and this one works perfectly. Shipping speed was well within reason. The only problem I have is with roku's decision to use class b charger ports. I had to buy this one because the charger port on my other one made it unusable. I couldn't even put a charge on it. That does not reflect on the seller though. I knew what I was buying, and all is well with this one.

    Rechargeable Roku Remote

    Better than the remote I replaced, this is rechargeable and has voice command. I would have liked this to be thicker (more comfortable to hold and use) like the remote which came with my Roku Ultra, but that's the only disadvantage, which kept this from receiving a 5 star rating.

    Worked great...for 5 months

    We only had this remote for 5 months, and it was used primarily by my wife for our bedroom TV, Now the headphone jack no longer works, and the volume control ceased to function shortly thereafter. We liked the unit initially, no batteries is great, but to fail in two of the critical areas that we purchased it for, is a concern. Need a new one, but now hesitant to buy another.

    Yay! No more batteries!!!

    Always enjoyed my Roku Ultra remote with private listening feature despite its appetite for batteries, but now life with Roku is perfect thanks to this rechargeable remote. Purchased one for the Ultra in my office and the Roku TV in my living room. The included USB cable s long enough for the remote to charge while in use, and the unit charges fairly quickly.

    roku rechargable remoe. awesome product! i like tht i dont need bateries ist is rechargeable. it was easy to set up. like the voice command feature also

    I had to keep trying to get it to finall...

    I had to keep trying to get it to finally pair. I tried it on one Roku and would not work, then tried it on another and it worked. Then went back to the original roku and got it to work. So be persistent if having trouble.
