Not new in box, but still a value for our purposes
The listing reads "new in box", and while we knew the box was opened, we did not expect the vacuum sealed wrapper within to be open. This print head was not sealed. In fact, it appeared used (although it seems to be full of ink). I say this because it was not sealed and there was some dried ink around the port. Buy expired HP plotter ink, it is much better than 3rd party refills

Great value....most of the time
Generally, I have experienced favorable outcomes when purchasing these cartridges. Most of the time they have been out of date for some time. However, I have found most of them still serviceable.
