  the availability of the item was sold out unexpectedly, in which the seller spent all day looking for the item via other resellers!! sadly they couldnt find the item i was looking for, and apologized right away, offering a refund. i really appreciated this honesty. even a week after the refund, the seller reached out and told me they sent me a trad korean postcard as a token of appreciation. this seller is super sweet and honest! i enjoy working with this seller despite the items availability ❤️
