The buyer claimed the clasp was broken, but it was in perfect condition when I shipped it. Despite my suspicion, I accepted the return, issued a full refund, with the understanding that all parts, including the clasp ring, would be returned. When the package arrived, the ring was missing. I filed a claim with eBay and asked the buyer to return it, but I have received no response from either one. Where are you both?
