Part of the fun was watching how the series' sketches evolved, digressed, and often fell apart! Like many early British TV programs, a large number of the show's original episodes were erased by the BBC in the 1970s and lost forever. This collection presents six episodes of NOT ONLY... BUT ALSO, featuring guest appearances by John Lennon and Barry Humphries (aka Dame Edna).

Only for the true afficianado.
The DVD provides a small window into the early comedic genius of Peter Cook and Dudley Moore. Unfortunately the BBC didn't value their archived treasures and what is left needs to be completely remastered although having a Dolby Digital label.

Brilliant comedy duo
The best of British madcap humor. These 2 were a riot. What a pity the BBC lost so much of their work. Get this while you still can.
