First of all i was sold a high end pair of binoculars but what i received was the lowest end version that brand has to offer. The pair I received was 1/3 of the price i paid for the higher end one. I have contacted this seller over and over and they refuse to do anything. I returned the item to a UPS location, it has been delivered but nothing populates on Ebay. When I told them I didn't receive the item, no response. Then I received a similar item from the seller but it was from Amazon and for half what I paid the seller. Communication was very slow and it took me days to hear back from them. I got frustrated and called eBay Customer Service. They refunded my full purchase price and contacted the seller for me.
