Great Watch and Excellent Re-Imagining of a Heuer Classic
The TAG Heuer Autavia Heritage CBE2110 Panda Dial Heuer 02 Chronograph is a beautiful high polished time piece that any owner can be proud to wear and depend upon. TAG does an excellent job of dipping into their back catalog and "re-imagining" those pieces in the contemporary setting while incorporating the improvements in materials and assembly to offer a time piece that should hold up well over the test of time. The watch quality is fabulous; the dial's well executed, the action of the bezel is good (not perfect), and the action of the pushers feels great with positive feedback when depressed. The watch appears to be holding acceptable time, with mine running about 6 sec/day fast. Just note, this is a large watch at 42mm and wears true to its size. It also is a THICK watch due to the Heuer 02 calibre inside. Unlike the Carreras, which do "wear smaller" than the stated size, do expect this Autavia model to wear closer to it's stated size. Do not think it's going to wear smaller like some watches do. So if you have a less than 7" wrist, you will want to find an example to try on in person before buying this model. If you have a 7" or greater sized wrist, you should confident in wearing this piece. I hope this helps.
