    Very enjoysble card game

    Collect sets of colored jewels and turn the jewels in to collect face-up cards on the table that are worth points and that can also help get higher value cards. First player to reach 15 points wins. Enjoyable game, colorful jewels and components. 2 - 4 players. Replayable.

    Easy to learn, and gets better as you get better

    This is a great game: simple for anyone to play, and like Ticket To Ride it is a deceptively simple game. Depending on how deep you want to get, and how well you can read your opponents (focus on yourself for the first few games), it is also quite complicated in terms of strategy and prediction! So, in essence, it is an excellent game for beginners through advanced players. I literally bought 3 copies at the same time: one for me and one for each of my sisters so that we would all be able to play when we get together. One of my sisters wrote back to tell me she had played it over 25 times in the first week! You can easily play it three or four times in an evening and you are far more likely to become addicted then you are to become bored. :-)

    Love this game!

    This game works your brain on so many levels! I highly recommend it for anyone 10 and over. It is not so much fun for under 10 years of age, as a general rule, because younger kids don't quite catch onto the strategies. Great thing about this game is that it is complex and yet very easy to learn.

    Lesser Quality in Game Pieces

    Even though it came in a sealed box, the quality of the game pieces (cards and coins) is noticeably different from a friend's Splendor board game. - The token cards don't lay flat, as if from water damage. - Some coins came with missing stickers (although you can still tell the color of the coin). - The coins are not as weighty, when compared to coins in a Splendor set that a friend owns. - The stickers on the coins are crooked and not centered. I did not compare the content of the cards to make sure they all matched my friend's Splendor board game (likely a more authentic version of the game). Other than issues with quality, the game is functional. You save a couple bucks, but just know that you're not getting as good quality if you purchase the game here.

    Game is great, box arrived damaged

    The game box (not the shipping box) came with two of the corners crushed in, making it frustrating to take the cover off and on. The game components were fine, and the game is great.

    Game seems to be a reproduction of the original. Cards are flimsy, box and instruction manual are printed with low quality ink that rubs off onto my hands. There is a large bubble under the printed paper covering the box, which makes it feel like it was glued on with glue stick. I'm not really upset because I got what I paid for and the game is still playable, but this game definitely doesn't seem like an authentic copy. I feel a bit misled by the seller

    Be the BEST jeweler you can be! :)

    I played this with a friend and then had to have a copy for myself. It was a fun time to play with others. Easy to understand and a little strategy. High replay-ability as the cards are always different. Fun game.

    Great fun

    This game is really fun, you have to think and strategize so good for the mind. Our 8 yr old granddaughter is plenty old enough to play with us and she thourally enjoys it along with the older ones and us. Good quality game that should last years as the cards are not handled much so won’t wear out.

    Great game! Weird name.

    This is a fun strategy game! The more you play the better you get. For 2-4 players. I can't stop playing! Should be called gem quest.
