The Audio Technica AT-650 SUT was packaged with great care, lots of padding w/ bubble wrap, wrapped tightly and boxed. Haven't tested the unit, but everything seems to be in working order as described.

They also were very helpful when it came to questions and even offered to cancel the order when the walkman wasn’t able to translate to English.
