The seller will argue that I was refunded, however if you actually want/need the item then a refund is not actually helpful. They stopped responding to my messages which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. QR code was supplied by eBay and it was returned via the Post Office, who printed the label.. Two weeks later it was returned to me as undeliverable due to incorrect address on the label. The seller did not respond to messages for advice, so I can only assume they are a poor seller who don't wish to help their customers.
