    Letters to the Church-Francis Chan

    If you are sensing that something is off is what is being sold as church, this is the book. It is clear, it is detailed, it is easy to understand. My dad used to say any fool can spot a problem. It takes wisdom to know what to do about the problem. Brother Chan states the obvious problems and gives the answers. No opinion answers, just biblically based. Peace.

    Refreshing look at how the church should function.

    While I don't agree with everything that Francis Chan says in this book (particularly about not paying preachers in the local church), Chan advocates a church structure meant to maximize the resources - both financial and talents of the local church to spread the gospel throughout the world.
